Pink Sweater

Helloooooo! 

I’m so happy to be blogging for the first time this week! I meant to post this around Tuesday, but that night I really needed to study for the crazy amount of tests and quizzes the next day. I’ve been trying lately to post on Ebulliently Ella twice a week, but it has been a lot harder than I though it would be. I have a running list (it’s super long) of blogpost ideas, so it’s not like I don’t know what to blog about. It’s more like finding the time to do it. It is definitely easier to blog on the weekends, but today I found some extra time and I’m HAPPY! I came up with the idea of this outfit, when I stopped by Beehive during Christmas break. Beehive is literally my latest obsession, and I cannot believe I haven’t ever owned anything from there before. If you are unfamiliar with this store, it a local boutique where I live & they also have an online shop! A lot more items (including my sweater & coat) are in the store, not online though. So if you ever come to Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, or Little Rock, you should definitely go stop by! Back to my idea for this outfit, I originally was going to wear this sweater with the CUTEST sequin mini skirt (as like an NYE look). But, I realized that A. I wouldn’t be going anywhere fancy for NYE so it didn’t make sense at the time :(. In the end I think it was a really good decision for me to just get the sweater, because I had been needing another sweater for a while here. It’s such a great item, that you can dress up or down, and the deep-pink shade works well on a LOT of skin tones! :) Although I paired this sweater with ripped skinny jeans and boots, it would also look super cute with a white denim skirt & platform sandals! That way it will last you for more than two seasons! I really hope y’all liked this outfit post, && especially the pictures that my best friend Molly took!
